Are tables and chairs included?
Yes, with your registration you are assigned one table and chair.
Where is the event located?
3743 Garnet Street
When is the setup?
Arrival and unloading starting at 1pm. Setup starting at 2pm. Done on a first come first serve basis. Please watch the Arrival Video and check the additional video notes for more information.
Do I need to attend the walkthrough?
Yes. This is will allow you to get acquainted with the venue and better prepare for the day of the event. If you cannot attend, please notify us.
Where should I park?
Please check our parking map. Remember, we have to make it convenient for our guests, so please park further away. Parking is not allowed at the Southside Clubhouse.
